I hope you are all well and that you had a good weekend. Stress is something that everyone experiences at some point in their life. Unfortunately some of us experience it more often than others. Although some of us have to deal with anxiety and pressure everyday, there are ways to relieve stress. I know at the time of a panic attack or a bad day it seems like nothing can take away the pain you are experiencing, it is just knowing what works for you and trying new things until you find your coping mechanism.
